CNC laser cutting machines
Laser cutting machines can be used to cut and engrave certain types of plastics efficiently and without chips.The most commonly laser-cut material is PMMA(acrylic), whose cutting edge becomes mirror-smooth thanks to the heat applied, requiring no further finishing.

Custom built hot bending machine
The bending machine we have developed incorporates our years of experience in this type of work, allowing us to bend plastic parts with the highest possible precision and efficiency.

The bending machine has a heating thread on the top and bottom. Therefore, it is suitable for precision bending of specific plastic types and thicknesses, where simultaneous and even heating of both sides of the material is essential to achieve a professional result.

3D Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
Our precision measuring equipment can also be used to check products with special measuring requirements. In addition, it is individually documented, even with the precision required by automotive suppliers.
